What’s all included in your monthly care plans?
Our plans are laser-focused on optimizing WordPress sites and keeping them running at the highest level. Our services include WordPress, Theme & Plugin Updates, Website Speed Enhancements, Performance Optimization, Security & Uptime Monitoring, Image Optimizations, Daily Cloud Backups, Content Updates & Design Tweaks, and Support & Development Hours which you can use for any changes or updates that you’d like to make. Though our focus is on e-commerce businesses, where we provide advanced and fully-managed email marketing campaigns and customized automations.
Do you provide maintenance for websites built by other developers?
Yes, we do! Most of our clients are pleased with their existing sites and are needing someone to keep things running smoothly and to be there when any changes or updates are needed – that’s our core business. We can very easily take on management of a site built by previous developers.
What is your support turnaround time?
We pride ourselves on our ‘under 24-hour response times’ (which is often more like 5 minutes). Our team is hyper-aware of the importance of having a well-maintained website up and running efficiently at all times. We’re invested in our client’s success and we realize certain matters need fast solutions, which is why we’re always here for you.
What happens if we go over the monthly time-allotment?
It’s up to you! We can tackle any additional work on an hourly rate, or push these updates until the next months cycle (if it’s nothing super urgent). We work with new clients to compile their list of outstanding tasks and to prioritize these, so we’re knocking out the most crucial updates first.
What SEO services do you provide?
For the ‘Standard’ plan, we make sure your site has a well-written meta description and title tags (which lets search engines know what your site is about). For the ‘Professional’ plan, we provide advanced SEO Keyword Tracking and Ranking – for this, we first gather all keywords/phrases that are relevant to your business and industry and monitor these each month. Within our monthly reports, we’ll include a section for SEO with our findings – this is most useful in your on-page content strategy, and also shows who your competitors are and gives you an overview of how your website stacks up against them.
What all is included with your full-service email marketing?
We manage both automated flows as well as scheduled campaigns – both of which are a requirement for getting the best results from your store. For Pre-Purchase Flows, this includes automations such as: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Site Abandonment, Back in Stock, etc. For Post-Purchase Flows, this includes automations such as: Customer Thank You, Win-back, Product-Review, Post Purchase, First Anniversary, etc.
Alongside automations, we also handle your monthly campaigns, running any special holiday campaigns/promotions, etc.
Do you send updates about any other changes being made on the site?
Absolutely! We keep all clients in the loop by sending detailed monthly reports showing everything from software updates (including specific dates and version numbers), website backups, uptime monitoring, performance audits, security checks, WooCommerce reports and sales stats, alongside any other changes that were made during the month. For those on the ‘Professional’ plan, we also include detailed email analytics.
What is your cancellation policy?
We definitely don’t want to keep clients onboard with us who don’t want to be, which is the reason we don’t require any lengthy contracts or commitments whatsoever. All of our plans are on a month-to-month basis and you’re free to cancel at any point.
